From the moment we arrived, Mr. Stephan, our host, was like an angel to us, providing us all the information upon arrival regarding the property as well as God's own country, Kerala! Hailing from Delhi, we faced significant language barriers in communication. However, even before our arrival, Mr. Stephan assisted us with our last-minute request by sending an SUV and driver, and he communicated all the necessary details in Malayalam to the driver on our behalf. He has been incredibly accommodating and supportive and even drove us personally to nearby places. Mrs. Minny is a wonderful cook and host who provided us with delicious food, ensured we didn't miss our home, and made us feel very comfortable. The hosts have kept their entire property really neat and clean and took care of literally all our needs. Cozy Home is genuinely a certified Gold Homestay by the Government of Kerala, and it's indeed gold! Thank you so much for having us, and I look forward to coming back here again soon.

The room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and felt so spacious, with large seating areas and a handy little kitchen. A true haven of comfort! As a lovely bonus, they offer delicious, healthy meals upon request—a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, being very near both the Kochi airport and metro station, which is so helpful for any traveler. But what truly made the stay special were the hosts, Stephen and his wife. They were amazing—so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Even as a local, I find myself longing to return for a little getaway. It’s the perfect spot to treat yourself. And for those who appreciate a good soak, the bathtub is a delightful bonus! I wholeheartedly recommend Cozy Stay. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and beautifully hosted gem. I can’t wait to go back.

The food they provided was delicious, and they shared the varieties of Kerala specialties! The guest home is close to the airport so this was very convenient. Positive: This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The house is magnificent, the apartment is private, clean, (completely) quiet, comfortable and very spacious. And dark at night - a seeming rarity in India. The location is ideal for the night before flying out of Cochin - or right after arriving. But you’ll want to stay longer on account of the extraordinary hospitality. It’s a fine place to relax and enjoy a small Kerala town, with friendly shopkeepers, nearby temples and beaches, and a good metro connection to Kochi in nearby Aluva. The hosts exemplify southern hospitality, from careful communication (and check-ins to see how I was coming along with the transportation) to help with getting to the airport. When I failed to return home at night as expected - and with a phone not fully working - the host actually came to town, found me (perusing the ice cream freezer at one of the (many) bake shops there), and whisked me back on his motorbike. I didn’t make use of the kitchen, but if I were staying a few days - with family or friends - I would have really settled in and cooked up some of the fine looking local produce.
Summary: Outstanding value for comfort, quiet and privacy. Enjoy real Kerala hospitality and town life at Cozy Homes!
