3-bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms including large master bedroom, kitchen with all the appliances that you will need, living room with cozy furniture, TV, & new washer/dryer in laundry room with laundry detergent provided. Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives.
We are located near to 99 highway, minutes away from Midtown and Downtown Sac.
Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Summary: The toilet ran the entire time. Kitchen flooring is coming apart and the dishwasher almost fell out. Neighborhood is quiet, unless you like dogs on both sides of you barking. If you stay here during school hours, don’t try to sleep, the bells and horns and announcements throughout the day will keep you awake. The shower is so slippery. Need something in there before someone hurts themselves. Nowhere to put my clothing. No dressers, hangers or anything for clothing storage but closets. Stayed here for 8 days. Worked nights and slept days and couldn’t even get 5hrs before something woke us up. There is only one TV in the home. Shower heads need to be replaced. Kitchen faucet needs to be de-calcified because when you switch it to other option, it sprays all different directions. This place should be cheaper. I do not feel that it was worth the money we spent for 8 days. A hotel would have been more accommodating and less of a bother with sleeping. Not a bad place, but there are better options.

Summary: rented for 4 weeks to help my son rehabilitate an injury to his knee - rented because of the swimming pool - I had to submerge a stepladder to assist him in getting in and out of the pool - it worked and he was able to swim daily. The house is modest and well equipped kitchen and the A/C was nice and cold. The house is a little worn and the neighborhood is a quiet older community not close to many amenities. The house could use dressers to put clothes away and hangers for the closet. Also beware of the bathtub - it's slippery when entering for a shower. Overall it served our purposes well.

Summary: Upon arrival the toilet was making an awful sound, I contacted the manager and told them, the handyman came out and "fixed" it...well at 3;30am the noise started again!!! It happened 3 more times during our stay.

Summary: Nice home. Decent neighborhood. A little far from downtown. Comfy beds. Very clean and smelled nice. Updated. The host was a good communicator.
