Bright and sunny 2 story private guest suite in nice Hilltop/Mayfair/Crestmore home. Private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 2 Private Balcony's and very quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom. Bathroom is off the bedroom. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Glendale, Uptown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to DIA and I-70. Cable, WiFi, 2 - 55" Smart TV's
We are pet friendly and require a pet description during the booking process. Pets are generally limited to 2, but can discuss. We have a $40 one time non-refundable fee per stay and per pet. This fee to be paid to us directly via venmo, paypal, and apple pay at time of booking.

Summary: My husband and I had such a lovely experience staying here! The property was clean and in such a nice location close to anything you could need. The host is fantastic! He is very kind and so easy to communicate with. All amenities you could need are provided, with access to extras if necessary.
