Positive: Close to Green Banks Observatory and Cass. It is out in the country and quiet. Has a cozy and homey feel to it.

Negative: Not a lot of places to eat. Needs some fast food places.

Positive: It is a perfect place if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet. We were able to slow down from the normal day to day life, and all the people around were very friendly and had no rush atmosphere.

Negative: There is not a whole lot to do. Connecting to maps was a bit of a challenge if you're not in the wifi area.
