Cozy 4 bedroom farmhouse with all the necessities. 3 miles from the town of Gregory South Dakota, close to hunting, fishing and recreation on the Missouri river. There is satellite TV, and Wifi in this quiet, quaint country setting where you are likely to see deer, turkeys and pheasants. Outdoor you will find a large yard with a concrete patio with furniture and a grill. There is security cameras on the property, but None in the house .we are pet friendly, only3 dogs are allowed in the house, Please watch so your do not go in the cattle yards, and cleanup after them outside!

Summary: Very nice property that was perfect for our party and four legged one. Unfortunately our hunt was not all that successful, but knowing we had a cozy place to return to and enjoy each others company was great after many miles of walking. Cheryl was great and easy to communicate with. The property was well furnished and very clean. We are already planning on revisiting again next year for another hunt.

Summary: We had an outstanding stay, the place was a great fit for our hunting trip to the Gregory/Winner area. Lots of room to relax and visit after a long day of pheasant hungting. Sleeping quarters were very comfortable. We enjoyed waking up every morning and seeing and hearing pheasants running around next to the property!!! Cheryl, the manager, was great to work with!!!!

Summary: We live somewhat remotely in Colorado and, unfortunately, had to visit the Gregory, SD for a death in the family. We found this great farmhouse and are glad we did! Clean, remote, private, quiet and a great place for our family to gather! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and relax! Hosts were quick to respond to our only need to communicate with them and “solved” our situation … lol!

Summary: We went for a hunting/fishing weekend. The house was everything we expected. It was a nice cozy, clean place to call home for the weekend. The owners we very easy to contact and had all of our questions answered prior to check-in. I would recommend it for a farm house get away to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is about 20 miles from lake. About a mile from Gregory. House was very clean, beds were above average comfortable. All the amenities - great price. Pleasant, peaceful rural setting. Will try to book again for our next fishing trip.
