Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this model of home. Screened lanai is great for us northerners who like to sit out at night. This location is a little far from the squares by golf cat but provides easy access to a number of golf courses. Not walkable to family or adult pool. The home was a bit tired and due for some TLC but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our visit. Not sure I’d rent this one again for reasons above.

Reviewer Comments: We love coming to The Villages and have rented from Down Home Property Management many times over the last 12 years. In this home, the Kitchen was well equipped, good amount of sheets and towels, clean carpet. Slight pet odor, some of living room furniture old and worn, mattress on bed was very soft, blinds did not always work, bathroom sinks were rusted, yard mostly weeds, broken screens repaired by Down Home while there. The location of this home is great. We love being near Spanish Springs. This home just needs some attention and love.
