Bring your hiking boots, ATVs, side-by-side and Jeeps - explore the back roads and hiking trail in Cherokee National Forest between the cabin and the Cherohala Skyway. From the Skyway, it's a short distance to Indian Boundry Lake, Bald River Falls and The Tail of The Dragon. This cabin is remote and peaceful but at the heart of the quiet side of the Smokies.

Summary: My friend and I stayed here for a short trip to wedding. The location is remote and beautiful; the creek behind the cottage is really lovely. The cabin has pretty much anything you could need and is a good size for two people or a small group.

Summary: Many problems during stay and much maintenance needed. Rotten wood on deck, unusable. Charged outrageous cleaning fee & had to clean ourselves. Dangerous pesticides and cleaning chemicals on bottom cabinets and not locked. Unsafe for small children. Scented plug-in & I’m allergic like many others. Open wires . Under furniture & beds dirty. Stopped up kitchen sink. Many other issues. Cute cabin but issues. Noise from neighbors early mornings. We had to clean bathtub to bath our toddler.

Summary: This is a beautiful little cabin tucked up into the hills near Tellico. Excellent location for any bikers who want to enjoy the area. The cabin is by far the best-stocked VRBO we've ever encountered, including one we own up north. The owners are very accommodating, and checked in on us frequently to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely not hesitate to stay there again in the future.
