Positive: The owner is very nice. The location is quiet, with a guard shack at the entrance. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was great, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The entertainment center was good, and the wifi was fast. Bonus for the property: The pandesal guy is cheap and good every morning.

Negative: The only caution I would give a westerner is that there is no hot water. The climate doesn't need it, and the luke warm showers were very refreshing.

Summary: Little townhouse at a great value.
