Two bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a seating area in each bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee or just to sit and read. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom and bunk beds. There are great views of the mountain and the inlet from the bedroom windows. Full bathroom downstairs with living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The dining alcove seats four with extra folding chairs, breakfast bar seats three. Internet, smart TV, limited cell service.
A partially covered deck has the washer/dryer and gas barbecue. A fire pit up on the beach edge with seating.
There is a wood stove and an oil fired toyo for heat.
With the on-demand tank-less hot water heater you never run out of hot water enabling guests to shower to their hearts content.

Summary: This property was perfect for us. My 87 yr old father was able to stay on the first floor where the full bath was and the sofa sleeper was. The view was absolutely amazing out of the kitchen window and it was close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to see whales, eagles and Bear. Chilcoot lake was just around the corner. It was perfect.

Summary: This private, secluded cabin is perfect if you want to get away from it all and experience an almost-off-grid Alaskan adventure without need for a boat or plane. Especially enjoyed watching the locals subsistence fish in the marine inlet just off the front deck.

Summary: Loved the view and location. Saw bears, seals and eagles almost every day. We had four in our party and it was very accommodating. The negatives were, the furniture is outdated and not very comfortable, but we were not there much, the dishes were dirty with food still stuck to several items and the towels were still wet in the laundry machine. I would recommend the Cozy Cove Cottage and would stay there again with no problem.
