A cozy home away from home with fast wifi and onsite parking. This clean 2 bedroom apartment has all the charm that Vancouver has to offer, with all the conveniences of home.
We live close by and are always available for any questions you may have via email, text or phone. We otherwise invite you to be comfortable during your stay, and leave you with plenty of space and privacy.

Less than 20 mins to PDX Airport, 25 mins to Downtown Portland, 15 mins to Downtown Vancouver, 10 mins to Vancouver Mall, right off 205, easy access to I-5 and 14. This Vancouver apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping!

THE SPACE:
You’ll not only love walking to everything Vancouver has to offer, but you'll also enjoy relaxing in our home's cozy, yet spacious atmosphere.
Our apartment home includes 2 large bedrooms (Both upstairs) One has a king sized bed with professionally laundered linens and a comfy mattress with a balcony. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom. All bedrooms have professionally cleaned linens for utmost comfort and cleanliness. There are several closets for storage. The upstairs also includes an extra full bathroom to accommodate a private space for the second upstairs bedroom. You can also find a yoga mat to help you reduce stress and unwind!
Kick back after a long day in our inviting living room, equipped with a Vizio TV w/ internet apps and your favorite movie streaming services and featuring a large, long sectional. Families will enjoy the space this offers to lay out comfortably.
The kitchen has all the amenities needed for some light cooking, and plenty of cabinet space. You can also help yourself to our coffee maker and other small cooking gadgets. Free parking is always available on the private spot for the unit (fits 1 car).
Lastly, the neighborhood is fairly quiet with some families living above you and beside you, so please keep loud music or loud noises to a minimum. Also, keep in mind the potential for some neighbor noise to be expected such as stair activity and noises from the pipes. Summary: Pros: 1. Comfortable beds. 2. EXCELLENT water pressure and massaging shower head. Cons: 1. Traffic noise. This house is a mere FIFTEEN FEET from a busy arterial road with numerous loud "muscle cars". I grew up on a busy arterial road, so I'm used to traffic noise, but even I had trouble sleeping here. 2. Very steep staircase with short steps pose a dangerous challenge for senior citizens and anybody with a shoe size greater than 6. 3. The big problem was that the router is very old. It took a few tries for each of us to connect with the wifi. On the second morning, there was no internet (and hence no TV either). We contacted the owner who said there were outages in the area due to a wind storm. BUT that storm ended Monday morning, we got there Monday night (at which time the router was still working), and then the outage occurred Tuesday morning, 24 hours after the windstorm had ended. We tried to explain to the owner that it was the router, but to no avail. The owner finally sent a new router 3 days later, and only because neighbors in the same building confirmed that there had been NO service interruptions AT ALL in their unit - the interruption was strictly limited to THIS unit. We had internet for the remaining 3 days, but the TV still wouldn't work because it was old and incompatible with the new router, so we really only had TV for one night of a 6-night stay. The owner gave us a 9% discount for our troubles, which was nice, but this never should have happened.

Summary: Great communication from host. Easy check in. Clean. However, no dresser to store clothing and only a few hangers for clothing. Would also suggest luggage rack to hold luggage off of floors.

Summary: It looks a little off from the outside, but is very spacious, clean, and well-stocked inside. Wish there wasn’t so little time between check in and check out for the price, but otherwise a great experience.
