Summary: Place was very cozy and clean. Had an issue with hot water heater out of property managers control and she came right down and had it fixed for us immediately. Great people to work with and will definitely be staying there in the future when we go to Florida.

Summary: Cozy sums the residence perfectly. While small it was comfortable. My only issue with the residence was an invasion of tiny ants in the kitchen & in one of the bedrooms. Owner was notified. Be careful of the mirror on the bathroom door, as I sliced my finger closing the door. Very sharp edges. I would suggest a first aid kit be available in the residence. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, easy to get into and close to where I need to be.

Summary: We were visiting an elderly aunt who lives nearby. This property was clean, comfortable, charmingly decorated, and quiet. We were able to relax in the evenings, and get up without affecting our Aunt’s routine. It was perfect!

Summary: Brothers are 5ft 10 inches and they felt like the ceiling was too low. Needed better instructions to find the right park they were staying at. They were given 2 different places. Had to call to find the correct park, address.

Summary: We had a great stay in this senior community with our 13 year old son who has special needs. The community was welcoming and the home was comfy and inviting, with everything we needed for a great stay provided. The home is lovely, tastefully decorated and very clean. I give this snd the owner five stars!
