Summary: Very convenient to have covered parking right outside door and nice to have an outside area with table and chairs. Inside is just a little more rough than pictures indicate. Definitely smells of cigarette smoke when walking in even though there are no smoking signs. Kitchen cabinets were a little mildewy smelling. Enough that I wouldn't put any food in them. just really old so if not going to be replaced some sort of shelf covering inside them would be nice. Appliances were nice but kitchen was only stocked with a mish mosh of silverware and dishes and some were chipped. It was nice having a full size washer and dryer. Not terrible, you just get what you pay for and this was very inexpensive. We will not be staying again because I am very sensitive to the smell of smoke, so made me cough a lot.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 weeks and loved our entire stay except when getting things like food delivered, people had a hard time finding the house. Would stay again in the future

Summary: I spent the first hour cleaning the place. Floor was filthy. Kitchen Counters were disgusting ! Food splashed on the refrigerator. Dish towel covered in mildew and stiff as a board. Hair in the silverware drawer, on the sheets, the floor and in the tub. Had to wash the sheets to get hair off, but there was no detergent. Had to go buy some. A/C unit is very loud and right next to the bed. Also, I brought food to grill, but there was no grill. Leaf blower or lawn mower blows a ton of dirt and debris under the door. Couches and bed were comfortable. Sinks, toilet and inside of the refrigerator were clean.

Summary: The cottage has everything you need and is close to a big supermarket. The host Don is a very warming person and is always contactable if needed, he really made my visit amazing. Would defiantly recommend and will be using again in the future.
