You will feel right at home in Kathi's Cozy Cottage, decorated beach style with local artwork, decor, and tile floors throughout the home.
Come in through your own private entrance and stairs to a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath home! The second-floor unit sits overlooking Magnolia Street with a private verandah to cool off in the shade. The sitting area comes complete with a flat-screen TV/ DVD player and a sleeper sofa with a real comfy mattress. The kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and preparing meals. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, small bake oven, double sink, coffee maker, crockpot and toaster oven. Full set of dishes for 8 with glass stemware for guests and holidays.
The large bedroom is newly furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand, large dresser, and mirror, 8' closet which provides plenty of storage, large sunny windows throughout the cottage let the bright sunshine in as well as the river breezes. The adjoining bathroom includes a large, floor-to-ceiling, tiled shower.
And if that isn't enough to call home, enjoy the use of the wonderful sun deck and in-ground pool surrounded by a privacy fence for a relaxing evening with a cocktail or on the weekends basking in the sun and crystal clear pool.
The beach is less than 2 miles away and the Daytona speedway, a quick 20-minute commute. If it's a Disney day, drive 1hr 10min and you're there. Summary: Kathi and Jeff were great we were welcomed as soon as we opened the gate....it's been said on other reviews how great this place is it's close to Canal St and Flagler Ave, it's close to the beach but to us it felt like we were home we were comfy and happy ..thanks guys

Summary: Beautiful property in a quaint town that had everything you could need! Owners are so friendly, outgoing, wonderful human beings that open and share their beautiful home and luscious backyard private pool and three of the sweetest dogs ever! Highly recommend!

Summary: Everything about this property was AWESOME! Jeff and Kathi made my husband and I feel welcome and at home. As soon as I booked the apartment Kathi was in contact with me. Very cute and quaint apartment 😁 minutes from the beach and TONS of activity! Highly recommend! They are exceptional hosts and the property was awesome!

Summary: Very comfortable. excellent AC, great pool, nice landscaping, great mattress, nice shower. interior lighting needs help. good fridge but don't plan on serious eating in - there's only a hot plate and microwave. Kathi and Jeff very helpful when necessary, you won't see them unless you need them. they were excellent sources for good restaurants, shopping, etc. grandchildren came to visit us; no problem. We had a wonderful time. Donna and Peter We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
