Our cozy 1,000 sq. ft. cottage is 3 min. from the airport (2.6 miles), 9 minutes from downtown Nashville (no traffic), and 8 minutes from The Opry and Opry Mills Mall. You will love the full kitchen, dining room and stool area, TV's in all rooms (YouTube TV sub), and off street parking. Cottage is great for couples, business travel, or families. Has it's own private coded entrance, parking, large living spaces, and is beautifully furnished. Has several amenities including a Keurig and many kitchen supplies. Only shared spaces- main drive way and laundry room. Cottage is private but host lives in basement/ added on section of property. We usually only meet guests if y'all want or need something.

Summary: This vrbo was convenient, cozy and comfortable. Within 20 minutes of downtown Nashville but in a quiet small sub division. We will be back.

Summary: This place is perfect!! only about 15 minutes from broadway , which is ideal for us. check in was extremely easy and the had everything you could possibly need!

Summary: The cottage was nice, clean, and comfortable especially the beds. Initially, we could not get into the cottage due to a passcode issue. It took some time to contact the property owner to get it fixed. They fixed it and we had a good rest of our stay. We also enjoyed being close to the airport to catch our early morning flight.

Summary: Cute little place. Clean but not enough blankets (just one coverlet) and quite a few stains on the carpet. Overall a nice little place to stay

Summary: This is the second time we've stayed here. It was great both times! The second time is was very cold out, but the heat was able to keep up nicely and we stayed plenty warm. The shower was also able to make hot water quickly, despite the low temperatures.

Summary: We had a good time at this property. It was super easy to find. The keypad entry was a breeze to use. The living room had a bunch of cozy seating. The mattress we slept on (we only tried one of the beds) was great! It had no lumps. The airport noise was not an issue at all. The hosts had a ton of information about local restaurants and a jar with ideas of things to do in the area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Super close to the airport, so easy to get in and out of you're flying. And there's always an Uber driver nearby. Not too bad of a drive into the city. Could hear the airplanes but it wasn't too loud. There was a man living in the back or something? That had us concerned someone was walking around the property until we realized our rental space wasn't the whole house. And we could hear a dog barking a few times. Place was cute. Sofa was super low to the ground and hard to get in and out of. Kitchen suited our needs. Although the kpods only had caffeinated coffee. So if you want decaf or another hot beverage you need to bring your own! And zero snacks provided. Towels in bathroom were good. A larger trash can or extra trash bags would've been helpful. I think the homeowner did some self Reno on the tub/shower. It was ok in shower mode but the faucet was way too close to the wall, so if you're the kind of person that just wants to wash your hair in the morning you're going to have to take a shower. There were tons of games and movies here. And it looked like some little kid supplies. Some instructions on how to lock the door would have been helpful. I had used a lock like this once before but it took a few tries to remember how it works.
