Summary: The property is a perfect stay for a couple or small family. Fenced space for a dog. The owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with! The property is easy access to Blairsville, Hiawassee, Young Harris, and Murphy. Highly recommend anyone to stay and I’ll def stay again if needed!

Summary: The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy. Owner was nice and easy to get along with, but primary contact was Evolve (definitely don't recommend any bookings managed by Evolve). The property had some sparse amenities (kitchen barely stocked with cookware etc), no TV/cable services (must have your own streaming services, but did have W/D and comfortable bed.
