Positive: This place was perfect for our family of four! Perfect location-very close to Hochatown, but not that far from Broken Bow either. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean (strong chlorine smell! but clean), and large enough for all of us. The house feels a lot large than it actually is, because of the layout and high ceilings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill, other than basic ingredients. The kids (and husband) loved the arcade games upstairs! The master bathroom was huge and very nice. It has two vanities with sinks, the toilet is separated by a door, and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The neighborhood is very nice, the houses are far enough away for privacy, and lots of roads to go for a long walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

Negative: The pros definitely outweigh the cons, but there were a few things that could be better. There are several porch areas, which we really enjoyed, but they were very very dusty and dirty. I realize we were outside, but they could use a good power washing every once in a while. The master bed isn't the most comfortable, and also extremely high off the ground, but we got used to it. One of our kids complained that her bed was very uncomfortable upstairs, but the other kid was fine with his. We might just bring some extra padding for that bed next time.

Negative: Trouble with Wi-Fi but staff was fantastic and we worked through it together. Responded late at night. Remotes for TVs had low batteries but we didn't come for that. Just minor things that were no issue.
