Positive: Close to Williams. Peaceful, rural setting. Modern accomodations.

Negative: Uneven heat distribution, hotter in bedroom and colder in living area. Would have been nice to be informed of length of red dirt, rough rural road to get to the cabin.

Positive: Was a little further to travel to from the freeway than it appears from the maps, but we weren't disappointed with the property at all. Having a few toys and bunk beds for the kids was great. Bearizona tickets really helped.

Negative: Since I am an oldster I needed directions on how to get out the keys and work the nest control. Printing out those directions would have been helpful.

Summary: help from the host to appearance and cleanliness of the property was very goodWe enjoyed our stay

Positive: The Cabin was very clean and quiet! Nestled amongst pine trees. Safe and secure, behind locked gate in nice neighborhood of well kept homes. Cabin was stocked with all necessary amenities to feel right at home! Lisa is an excellent host and quick to answer any questions and concerns. Town of Williams is a short 15 minute drive, and the Grand Canyon about another hour from there.

Negative: Nothing, all good 👍

Summary: Definitely worth staying here rather than a hotel by all means!
