Summary: This guesthouse was just great for us to be close to family who live nearby. It was clean and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchenette was set up so we could do some cooking. Nicole is a very nice host!

Summary: New, clean, has everything you need for cooking. Washer and dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower were a lovely touch and very nice quality. Quiet, across the street is a walking/bike path which our dog loved. Bed was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! Location was close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Summary: We had a lovely stay! The accommodations were exactly as listed and met all of our needs. We were a little unclear on check-out responsibilities, but Nicole responded as able and we were not expected to do anything. I would definitely stay again.
