Summary: James is a wonderful host, always there to greet with A smile and a reserve spot on the street. Looks after the blinds outside when it gets a little warm air conditioning is always on when needed. There's a fan in the room. Perfect little spot if you're staying in Coquitlam or on a business

Summary: James' place is perfect! It was very clean and even more spacious than we expected. The mini fridge was quite large, and we made use of the microwave too. The house is in a very nice area and we always felt safe leaving our car parked out front on the street. James went above and beyond and sourced a steamer and iron for us. Overall, it was extremely well priced for the value we got from the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Vancouver :)

Summary: Clean, bright and quiet despite being next to a busier street. Sheets and bed were comfortable. It was nice having the big window that looked out onto back of property. Hosts are kind and respectful. Room is a good size and feels spacious yet cozy at the same time thanks to the high ceilings. Ample closet for shoes and clothing. Nice to have the fridge for storing left overs from meals. Only 5 minute drive from the HWY 1 and HWY 7. Good value for the price.

Summary: We are extremely happy with all of the above especially the area, as we were there for our grandsons’s hockey tournament. Minutes away from Planet Ice Rink Very impressed with James welcome when we arrived and, showing us how to work everything in the room. So cozy for us grandparents.Thank you James ( emote)
