Summary: The Coz is a good name for this rental because it is cozy. There was plenty of room for the two of us, though it could easily accomadate four. It is quiet as is the area. The bed was comfortable and so was the other furniture. It was easy to find, coming from the airport. Parking was in the driveway or in the street. I recomend staying at The Coz.

Summary: This property is 5-star all the way. It is clean and well-appointed, perfect for 3 adults. My husband and I were visiting our daughter who had twins recently. Our son joined us on the weekend and we were able to enjoy Troy's beautiful back yard on Saturday evening, complete with picnic table and fire pit. Communication with the owner is excellent. The property is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains nearby and the city below as you make your approach. Troy has thought of everything, including a private paved area to park your car on the side of the house. The entrance to the basement unit at the back of the house is very attractively decorated with grey stone. Leave the outdoor light on when you go out for the day so that you may easily maneuver the steps if after dark on your return. Overall a very comfortable and inviting property. And yes, cozy!
