Positive: Liked everything about the property . Amy was patient,and helpful with all my questions before our arrival. The location is perfect for everything you could want to do. We only had to drive once our 4 days there.

Negative: A bit confused about the fact we are charged an $160.00 cleaning fee. We didn't make a mess at all,but forgot to run the dishwasher on departure. I am hopeful we won't be charged for that. They have a set of rules to follow on your departure that includes taking out the trash, stripping all beds,placing dirty towels in the laundry room, loading the dishwasher,and starting it. They also have a strange rule about cleaning the shower after every use. If a cleaning company is charging you 160.00 to clean a place that only takes about an hour to clean,you are paying too much. I feel that if you expect guests to do part of the work,then we should get a partial refund upon inspection of the property after the stay. As a guest,and paying customer I should not feel like I did something wrong halfway home when I realized I didn't hit start on the dishwasher.
