Summary: Great location and property. Bedding and Beds not as advertised. Short on towels/matts. old coffee maker with new pods. short on utensils. empty rooms -- tables/night stands etc. Bare for the expense of the stay.

Summary: Truly was a beautiful house. Very comfortable and excellent location. Land was gorgeous. Would love to go back for the summer! Only thing I could recommend upgrading would be kitchen supplies. It was bare bones in the kitchen (I tried to make mashed potatoes and had no pots that werent small, no peeler, no cutting bored) and provide coffee for the maker as most people expect a keurig. Otherwise it was perfect!

Summary: Very nice home in a great location. Feels like you’re out in the country but just minutes from town. My 7 year old granddaughter said it is the coolest and tidiest place! Plenty of room. Too cold to use the pool but it looked inviting. The game room was a hit with the kids. We had an issue with lack of sheets and the house heat was not working, but our host was super responsive in taking care of it. Maybe visit again when it’s warmer to take advantage of the outdoor areas.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this location. Everything was very clean, and it was a convenient distance from the Texas Renaissance Festival for our group. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing after a day out in the heat, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Owner was also very responsive to any of our needs. We hope to come back next year!

Summary: This home was great for my gathering! The house was well kept and very clean including the pool. The scenery was calm and very relaxing. Lots of fun in the game room! I would definitely book again in the future. Definitely recommend for any friend or family functions!
