Summary: on a positive the decor was nice and although platform beds they were comfortable and sheets and pillows comfortable, had potential to be cozy, just could have been cleaner. When we got there toward dark, leaves and garbage in front of house, should have taken pictures, before I cleaner up garbage, but husband older and long drive needed to get him inside and our suitcases and groceries. House was not described properly, Realized when there the "Studio and 2nd bathroom was a converted garage and didn't know of separate entrance until instructions to get in were given. It was dark when going in no lightswitch by door and due to the deep step - should let people know, nearly fell, it is a really hazard. had to do through the whole room to find the light switch. There are high steps to bathroom and due to my husband and although best for him to have bathroom near he could have seriously hurt himself on the stairs at night.. So we decided although inconvenient to have to share and use a bathroom down hall from our room we did. Other family that we let use the studio room came the next night and that is when we discover not shower head we text the owner he reply that we could use in meantime and then had "his partner: come to blow the leaves and look at shower on Thanksgiving. totally disrespectful. This should have been done BEFORE our arrival. Pics and description misleading and studio had to be without permits, very unsafe. We are due some refund
