Summary: Cute townhouse, never heard neighbors at all. 4 stars because it is a true 3 bdrm, but needs more seating to accommodate 6 people. Close enough to FJ, and shopping, as well. I would suggest blinds for slider and cushions for backyard furniture to give more usable space. We had a great time!
