Clean and cosy three bedroom, two bathroom house in Talbingo. Located in quiet street with large front balcony with filtered water views of Jounama Dam, perfect for relaxing and soaking up sunny mornings. Good furnishing, new carpet and flooring throughout. Kitchen supplied with a large range of kitchenware with everything on hand to settle in for your stay. Good size fridge/freezer allowing plenty of room to stock up for longer stays.
Back entertaining area with fire pit with mountain views.
Located close to walking tracks, Talbingo country club, golf course and Talbingo Lodge.
40 minute drive to Mount Selwyn ski fields.
10 minute drive to Talbingo dam

Summary: Was such a beautiful well designed house with beautiful furnishings. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Hedi was very easy. Thank you, would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Our little family really had an amazing stay! The house had all the essentials provided which made our stay very comfortable. We even saw kangaroos hopping by behind the house which was exciting for the kids. Good variety of birds hung around in the front trees and the verandah was a great spot to sit back and enjoy a nice cuppa while listening to the birds' songs. Loved the fireplace - kept the house so warm and cozy. Heidi was also very helpful and prompt in responding to enquiries. Definitely worth the stay.

Summary: As you pull into the driveway the house looks modern and clean with a great sized front balcony and veranda with outdoor seating. Inside, Modern fully equipped kitchen looks newly renovated, large lounge room with large flat screen TV new sofa and chairs. Large dining table in the dining room. Fireplace for that mountains feel but also has spit system air conditioner. (Firewood supplied). Three bedroom, Two with queen beds one with double bed with a single bunk above . Linen and towels supplied also extra blankets. Large walk in shower and toilet. Fully equipped laundry with dryer with extra toilet and shower also modern and newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay and looked forward to a cozy evening by the fire after a day in the mountains.
