Welcome to our cozy Alaskan apartment! Our 1000 sq ft home is only about 10 minutes away from shopping and airport, and has easy access to many nearby trails and beaches. Only 3 minutes to the Alaska State Ferry terminal! After a day of exploring, come back and relax in your hot tub or get a good night’s sleep in your comfortable king-sized bed. Book your stay with us and experience the beauty of Alaska. Family friendly, fully equipped kitchen, freshly remodeled and ready for you!
The space
This listing is an apartment attached to our home, with a private entrance. We are on a treed, 3/4 acre lot with trees separating us from neighbors. A large private hot tub is right outside your door, with a surrounding deck to lounge on, under the propane heater if you'd like. It faces north, so if you're here during a solar event, maybe you can soak under the northern lights!
A desk is provided for remote work, with blazing fast unlimited internet.

We were born here, and have all the inside scoop on the best trails, sights, shops, adventures. Trip planning assistance is available, just ask! We are surrounded by beaches and trails, about 10 minutes from the Mendenhall Glacier. Gather around the fire pit and reconnect over provided S'mores.. We are both avid hikers and boaters, and know all the local interesting spots, some that you won't find elsewhere.

Summary: Would have liked to have been there longer but arrived late In Juneau. Beautiful and clean with great washer/dryer and luxurious towels. Loved seeing a black bear walk down the driveway, Wish we could have successfully lowered the heat temperature; we could have saved you .

Summary: Very clean and well furnished........king bed was very comfortable and the lines there and in the bathroom were luxurious......Made hubby birthday dinner and found everything I needed in the kitchen.....spices, cooking oil, lots of coffee and teas....Neighborhood was sooo nice and quiet....Only a few miles from the ferry......Only problem was the television remote would not work.......Hopefully it has been replaced by now.....Would definitely stay again.....

Summary: The apartment is nice sized and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and the area set up for a home office worked perfectly for remote work! We loved the hot tub and looking up at the stars.We needed to change our payment method and Greg and Betty worked with us to do this. It wasn’t easy to do and it was our mistake. Thank you for going above and beyond.
