Summary: Great location! Quiet neighborhood, park in walking distance. House was very clean. There is a grill in the backyard that you can use. Also a fire pit out there as well. Comfortable beds and just overall cute little comfortable place to stay! Is a must and will be staying here every time I come to Dayton!!
