Nestled in the vibrant Seaview neighborhood of West Seattle, our fully renovated 850-square-foot basement mother-in-law unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Enjoy the cozy ambiance of heated radiant floors in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a washer, and a dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and memory foam mattresses. A dedicated workspace (desk and chair) is in one of the bedrooms. In the living room, a sleeper sofa folds into an additional full bed, accommodating two more guests.

Summary: The location is good and in a lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately, the furniture was not comfortable and seemed very cheap. My grandma was unable to sleep there due to back pain. There was no departure information or a welcome paper upon arrival. We had to leave a day early due to the furniture being so uncomfortable. We would have completed all necessary departure requirements if it was listed on paper.

Summary: Love the heated floors in the entry, kitchen and bath. Well equipped kitchen. Tv room and dining area are nice. Bedrooms are spacious, lots of hangers and comfortable beds. Close to the Junction shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. It is a basement so natural light is limited but very well lit with lamps, and ceiling lights.
