Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice and clean. I would suggest the golf cart gets a tune up as it runs pretty rough. The only other thing we noticed was perhaps clean the dryer vent for safety reasons. There was a pile of lint on the ground outside.

Summary: Overall very satisfactory. My only suggestion would be to allow leaving keys, etc at the rental property at checkout. To drive all the way to Wildwood was an inconvenience.

Summary: We were leaving to escape Hurricane Ian coming to our neighborhood. Thankful that we did. Booked 4 weeks but actually only stayed six nights. Amazingly our power came on after that time so headed home even though we did not hv water. I am handicapped and not having a recliner, or chair with ottoman, or higher toilet left me in considerable back pain. (I have broken my back three times with three surgeries.). Asked for some sort of refund (know we signed fir entire time) but know we signed a no refund clause. Just was hoping for some sort of heart due to major emergency--especially considering it was headed to ur area and then decided to hit Ft Myers. It will be a long time until we are back to normal down here! Might return to Villages but not this unit inot even a small refund.

The home was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Its way back into the neighborhood but it feels safe. Neighbors were friendly. Plenty of stores, restaurants in and around the Villages. Nice amenities if you wanted to use them, but we did not have a chance. We used it as a temporary home for six weeks, after selling a home and until able to get into new home. Its definitely worth the money. for
