Summary: Very clean and everything works well. Kitchen is stocked with great utensils and plenty of good linens. Owner says they are getting new living room furniture. What they have is nice, just a little firm and upright. Any questions we had were quickly resolved by Alex. Walk out to beach takes less than a minute. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Just SO MUCH that made our lives easier! After a long day of travel we entered to a bowl of fresh fruit, a vase of beautiful fresh flowers & a bottle of wine ☺ Even though we have been to Cozumel & Residencias Reef, many times, Lucia hooked us up with new, to us, great places to eat & her contacts in the car rental industry were priceless. We rented the nicest car with the best deal that we’ve ever gotten on Cozumel. We felt truly welcomed ☺ After the first day, we rarely used the front door, preferring to use the back patio, giving us easy access to the main pool and beach. The unit was spotless clean. Thank You Marta! and no toxic chemical smell! ☺ Cleaning was awesome & unobtrusive. Alex, the unit manager, took care of any & all needs we or the unit had. Everyone was so responsive & we felt well cared for. There is a dehumidifier in the unit which was really nice because your towels actually dry! The kitchen is so well thought out, stocked & supplied. There is every appliance & utensil imaginable, multiple blenders & some things that you’d never think of! There are plenty of dishes, silverware, STORAGE CONTAINERS & plenty of chip clips. There is even a misc junk drawer! Fantastic!-I needed tape & found duct tape! There is an abundance of linens & access to EXTRA linens, bath & beach towels (oftentimes those are locked off). There are bath & beach towels aplenty. There is a LARGE hot water heater. So APPRECIATED! We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Summary: Lovely secure compound in Cozumel. Located in the quieter side of the island. Private beach and two pools on property were all bonuses. Well maintained properly and good security from gated entrance. Easy checkin to unit. Well appointed kitchen plus Bottled water for cooking, drinking and such! We cooked mostly when we were there. And all you need is there to make any meal. Beautiful fruit basket of pineapple, bananas, mangos and bottle of wine was a wonderful welcome. Bath towels & pool towels provided. Washer & dryer in unit another plus! Quick access to pools & beach from the ground floor unit. The AC was a welcome respite from the heat. Generally quite compound except for occasional night time party music from next door Secrets or beach clubs. Alex-unit manager was very helpful & arranged a jeep tour of the island. Location was near the coral reef park and close to Money Bar beach where waters were clear for snorkeling. Overall a great experience! Cons: Nitpicking here - unit could use some refreshing. With decor & seating. You need a car to get around We just used taxis that the front gate called for us. Beach in front was not good for snorkeling due to the high winds This is for you if you want a quite oasis away from the hustle of downtown. A perfect combination of sun, sea, and relaxing by the pool.

Summary: This place is fantastic for a family quiet getaway! We had our own little oasis; swimming pools, ocean front property with amazing sunset views, beach walks short enough to do (less than 15 min) to the beach clubs with drinks, food and all the water activities you could possible want and a pier within 5 min from our door for the scuba diving boats (as well as the sail boats, open bottom boats etc). Grocery shopping services are offered by the property manager and well worth it as their are no grocery or convenience stores within walking distance. Our unit was very clean, well kept and stocked with everything we would need.... we will absolutely be staying here again! Thanks for a great trip John and Alex. Ciao

Summary: Relaxing location and lovely condo. Just the right size. Our friends joined us last minute and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is close. A bit disappointed that the water had a lot of seaweed in it but it was nice to sit at. Great security/gate staff. Thank you.

Summary: The owner John was so accommodating with our last minute booking request. We were greeted with homemade guacamole, pico, and chips. This was such a kind gesture after a day of travel. The condo and property were wonderful, while all the staff onsite were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The unit has everything you need. We loved having the filtered water accessible, I wish everyone offered it. It was so great to be steps away from the pool and ocean. We also loved the taco place that was a 5 minute walk from the complex. Book here, you’ll be so glad you did!

Summary: Hope to come back. Location has few daytime dining choices. No evening dining within walking distance. Requires cab. Checking into rental car for next visit. Not sure about it. Understand insurance cost more than rental. All in all a great experience.

Summary: Only complaint, we set up a taxi with the recommended driver (David cab 753). Unfortunately he decided to no show, and would not answer when we tried to call him. Leaving us stranded at the airport, don't recommend you use him.

Summary: We love the location of this condo! We enjoy being on the ground floor and being able to just walk right out to the pool and ocean. This condo is very clean and has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Everyone there is also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a great stay!
