Summary: excellent location if your plans call for Broadway shows and Broadway activities. Hostess was very responsive to each request.

Summary: I'll start with the bad. The communications prior to checkin were frustrating. Host required me to send ID, insisted on communicating off the VRBO platform, required me to download an app to get into the building, and the unit is actually located an address that was different from the one listed on VRBO (just a few blocks away). So, we just had no confidence that we actually had a place, what it was going to look like, etc which was a bit of a stress. Ultimately, we ended up having no problems with check in, the unit was fine, etc.Once we got in, some of the furniture, etc. was slightly different than in the pictures. And the unit was a little beat up (for example, the microwave handle was broken off). But the unit was incredibly clean, and the location was excellent. Aside from the issues above, communication was good.
