Summary: The hotel room has a lot of new elements to it that were very nice. But a few issues included: (1) there were no sheets for the pull out bed and no one to call at the front desk later in the evening to get some, (2) there was no soap or shampoo for the shower (container was empty), (3) the shower head pointed out the door of the shower so if you tried to open the door while the water was on to get a facecloth or something, water poured out the shower, and (4) it started that they offered breakfast, but all that was provided was plastic wrapped muffins and plastic wrapped waffles, which we did not plan to have to get more solid food before spending the day hiking as all our other hotels had much more substantial fare.

Summary: I really wanted to love this property. I think they did a good job updating the property. We booked because they had a pool and the pool was 'under construction' while we were there. This was not communicated when we booked the room. The breakfast was... ok? They were out of everything when we went, which was fairly early, not at all near the end of the time frame. The air conditioning rattled so loud that none of us slept well. I think they can make minor improvements and be a great property, but they aren't there yet.

Summary: Not a bad location. Not in the middle of things but close enough. Less than a mile to the free parking garage at the visitor center. Easy walk from there into town. Nice to be able to park directly in front of our room. Breakfast selections were extremely limited. Really nice that they had a filtered water station in the lobby. I would visit again.

Summary: Nice hotel. Small rooms but have the basics. Good pillows. Pool did not have water in it as of the end of June so FYI. Free breakfast not much and no lids to take coffee with you. So we ate at local restaurants. Close to shopping and the park.

Summary: The hotel breakfast was beyond ooor. One day they opened late. Luckily there is a McDonalds down the street. They did not offer daily linen service. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Summary: * The driveway is super steep * We stayed in 701 - the heat did not work. At about 11 pm it was 60 degrees in our room. I called the emergency number, they dis being 2 space heaters and said when it keeps flipping back to cooling they need serviced. The space heaters only had a 4 hour time limit. So we woke up freezing a few times. * I told the guy when we checked out, he said he’d see about a partial refund. But i didn’t get one. * The bathroom door lock did not work. * The chain lock on the main door was busted off. The room serves its purpose but id book with caution.
