Positive: Bed was comfortable.
Negative: The directions need a little adjustment. We arrived at dark and it was frustrating to locate the property. It is also inconvenient to have to make an extra stop to grab the keys from a lock box that isn't on the property but understand due to gate at community. Answers to email before we left went unanswered, had to call twice to get a return call. Woman who answered the phone/questions was terse and unfriendly. The property is not well lit at night, lights out on stairs which is a little dangerous for your renters. Gate was missing at front of property by front door, tiles falling off in bathroom need repair. Not quite the view we expected. No cold water in one of the bathroom showers.
Summary: Appreciate the opportunity to try the place out, but won't use this rental company again.
