Positive: The design, decoration of this property made me feel like I’m home which I loved it. Cozy room and much much space in this property. Not to mention the location, it’s located in the middle of London, I can just take 7mins walk to Covent Garden market or if I’m hungry I can just walk to Chinatown and tried delicious food there with only 3 by walking. I was so lovely to stay here

Positive: Location - near to everything but it was kind of loud if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend.

Negative: No extra linens or towels. No information about adjusting the temperature. Two different addresses was a bit confusing one in the booking and one sent in instructions

Positive: This flat was very spacious and in a good place to access theatres, shops and the underground. The flat was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: The flat was on the first floor but lighting on the staircase was poor and we couldn't find a light on the first floor so relied on phone torches. The pick up for the keys was at a nearby vape shop, this was a problem on the Sunday for dropping the keys back. We didn't realise that the shop opened at 10am so we had to wait and cancel our breakfast booking. In the end the shop didn't open until10.15am and the man who took the keys back was not very communicative!

Negative: slightly loud beacuse it’s a busy street, but that’s given when staying in a city
