Negative: Dirty carpet, no cover on the ac vent. Bathroom sink faucet leaked when the hot water was on. The elevators were dirty.

Positive: Well managed and maintained property, with staff who were all very amiable and willing to assist; for my intended purpose of revisiting Waterbury, which is my birthplace, the location was perfect for exploring my grade and high school, my childhood church etc.; and the easy access to Rte. 8 for day visits to Litchfield, quite a scenic route, and then for my preferred highway to Bradley Airport (as I wished to stay off I84);

Negative: No dislikes!
