Summary: The staff...all the staff...were EXTREMELY friendly and HELPFUL!!!

Summary: Room had strong chlorine bleach smell. They had no other room available. Also very worn carpet, etc. Difficult to sleep with the odor. Irritated lungs and throat. Will never return there.

Summary: The TV didn’t work, I went down and reported it, and was told they would come up, 2 hours later, I went down again as they never came, a different desk person told me they had no one to help me! I had very little cell reception, I told the desk clerk and she said that wasn’t their problem, it was my cell service, but it worked in lobby and other areas, just didn’t work well in the room.

Summary: The bistro staff were so accommodating and friendly! I loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs too! The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!
