Summary: Very comfortable room. Noisy air conditioner. Would've appreciated a refrigerator - thought that was a standard in hotel rooms now. Toilet - low water pressure, had to take the tank cover off frequently as it did not fill after a flush. Also would've appreciated a buffet breakfast - few choices for people on restricted (diabetic) diets. Always went to Best Western for breakfast.

Summary: Parking for me was very confusing. I drive into the ramp and didn’t know that I got into the city ramp instead. Meanwhile I was run into on my truck. So now very upset with that. Front desk hotel were very nice but want to charge me for parking.

Summary: The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour).
