Summary: It was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The only two qualms I have is the overnight parking is $24 each night and the bistro was a little more expensive. The bistro was still delicious though.

Summary: Everything was great! My one complaint is they have no parking other than a $24 fee per day in a public parking space. So don’t let their great pricing fool you. You’ll found out once you’re there hire much it costs to park.

Summary: 5 day stay from Los Angeles due to a huge soccer tournament, Premier super copa. We booked a team block for 14 families breakfast and parking included. $1200 Breakfast 7-8am only! Mini buffet set up in a meeting room. All the food was terrible! Either under cooked or over cooked. Tasteless, No salt no flavor and cold! The coffee was terrible too! No flavored creamer either. Every day was the same food. The hotel has a nice view but the windows are covered in dust. They need to be cleaned!! The rooms are small! It close to many restaurants and kid friendly places. Parking is a headache since they do share the garage with Hyatt. Only two washers and two dryers. Their Bristo restaurant is expensive! Not sure why this hotel Is highly rated. Honestly I would rather stay somewhere else for fraction of the price and have more options for breakfast and for longer periods of time. Representative Vika Was amazing!!! The gym is little but equipped. There’s construction going on right across from the hotel. therefore there’s lots of cones. Narrow lanes/ machinery noise and lots of traffic.

Summary: Had to pay $24 a night for parking. I believe if I’m paying over $200 a night parking should be included. Kids in the pool jumping and splashing water all over the adults in the hot tub and relaxing outside the hot tub in the chairs. Staff said or did nothing. I was on the 3rd floor and people were smoking marijuana. I could smell it all throughout the floor. Staff did nothing about it. I woke up at 3:45 in the morning to an almost explosive sound in the hotel. I heard other guests outside near my room shouting, “Is someone going to call the cops”? Felt a little unsafe at that point because I had no clue what was going on. Was the hotel on fire, bomb, fight). Took me a few hours to go back to sleep. Breakfast is not free. Woke up Sunday and the coffee bistro shop was closed. Hotel was clean. Rooms are good size. Staff up front were kind to check in with.
