Positive: Walking distance to some areas, excellent customer service in cafe by employees

Negative: A little more of a better attitude from one front end employee would of been nice and with a bit more of understanding if the parking and elevators to hotel. But we found our way

Positive: The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were surprisingly clean and the beds were comfortable. No issues with the room. The food was very basic yet filling and tasty, which was scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, coffee, oatmeal, guacamole, bread , cereal and juice.

Negative: I rarely say this but I didn't find anything that I didn't like but what I didn't like is that they don't have their own private parking lot for their guests so you have to park in a public parking lot and it's a bit pricey but the hotel gives you a QR code with a very small discount but you're able to go in and out unlimited for 24hrs or whatever days you need.

Summary: If I have to go back to Milwaukee, I definitely pick this hotel again
