Positive: Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. Great shampoo and lotion. Fairly large room.

Negative: Way too expensive. Breakfast not included. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Broken soap holder in shower.

Positive: Conference Center was a nice location. The food that was part of the retreat was good. Our group loved the personal attention we received from Val with catering.

Negative: A friend and I shared a room with a king and sofa bed. I had the sofa bed which was less than impressive. The worst mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel. Many attendees at the retreat had a king bed with a sofa bed and the few I talked to had the same experience. The hotel should up their game and provide a quality mattress on their sofa beds.

Negative: The room temp on the 4th floor was challenging to maintain. Arrived to an extra warm room that never lost much heat even as we reduced temp to 65. Heat rises. Poor night sleep. Water temp for shower adequate but rather cool.

Summary: Spacious, well appointed room with nice layout. Would return again.
