Positive: A great, well equipped, property including a variety of games for young and old, a trolley to transport luggage, pushchair, fans and more . The kitchen was well stocked with more than ample crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, there was a BBQ with fuel provided. It had just about everything you could wish for, it is in an excellent location with a number of Devon beaches in close proximity. It is in a quite spot, and together with comfortable beds, allowed for a good nights sleep. The gym was small but also well equipped and the 10m pool was good too.
Negative: There was no free cupboard space in the kitchen to store food (we were a party of 7 so had lots which we had to store on the breakfast bar). The kitchen tap was loose, there was mold on the tiles in one of the showers and the floor under the settee looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages - my niece found chunks of a broken glass when searching for lost ball - these should have been identified when last cleaned. The utility room, adjacent to the kitchen, is used to store cleaning material which gave off an unpleasant chemical smell prevent us from storing food there.

Positive: Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, cosy but light and airy living space. The facilities were great too (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc). It was nice and quiet when we went.
Negative: The cottage is at the very top of a small hill, furthest from the car park... But that did mean it was quiet and tucked away

Positive: The property had everything and more of what you need. Very well equipped. Everything has been thought of. We had use of full sky TV, nesspresso machine, lots of board games and books. It was a great place to stay.
