Summary: The hotel room was clean but the patio was not cleaned. The furniture was dirty covered in cobwebs. The hotel pool was not heated and the hot tub was out of service. We requested a pack n play for our 6 month old, which they did provide but it was very old and had lots of holes in the net. No sheets for the crib or pull out couch. Everything else was great and the customer service was top notch.

Summary: Delightful gal at check in, could not have been nicer. Do wish I had noticed when booking that breakfast is not included. Not a deal breaker, but we probably would have stayed somewhere where breakfast is included in the price. This hotel has a bistro and you can purchase breakfast. We will probably go out rather than pay here.

Summary: This hotel has definitely seen better days. The pictures used to advertise absolutely do not reflect the current condition of this hotel. The lobby is nice, but the rest of the hotel is worn. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed. We stayed 3 nights and never got a towel refresh or the beds made, despite the policy of everything other night. Luckily, I was only there to shower and sleep.

Summary: We had a problem with the heat in our room but the kind woman at the front desk checked it out and gave us a different room immediately. All was good after that. The hotel is clean but has a smell of new carpets. It’s on a strip mall highway, but a short drive to Brandywine attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We went to the Mount Cuba Center, about 17 minutes away. Water was nice and hot.
