Summary: This hotel is upkept very well. The staff was very friendly and always accommodating. The problems I had with the hotel that kept it from being 5 stars were beyond the control of the staff. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where there was no breakfast included. That would have been fine if the paid option was affordable. The hotel houses a Starbucks only for breakfast, which means I can buy eggs for $17, a bagel for $7, or a plain coffee for $4. That seems a little silly to me for a hotel that costs as much as this one per night. But like I said, the staff was great. I've had plenty of friendly staff members to deal with at other hotels, and these staff members, here, may have been the friendliest. So overall, it was a nice stay.

Summary: Friendly staff. Rapid check in. OK room. Only complaints are no safe in room and only one elevator which is quite a hike from check in. Bar and breakfast staff very attentive. Hotels.com rated it far higher than reality.
