Summary: Great location near the subway to reach all touristic spots. Good breakfast and great support from the staff in the reception to book our tickets for our trips.

Summary: The hotel is generally clean and convenient. It is close to public transportation and there room is big. There are two problems though. 1. The hotel doesn’t offer airport shuttle as listed, even with a fee. 2. No-smoking policy is not strictly enforced. When we guest checked in, the room has an obvious smell of smoke. The staff changed our room upon request. In the next morning, the smell of smoke entered the second room too a while.

Summary: It was our first trip to Shanghai and we chose Courtyard by Marriott Puxi because of its good review. It didn’t fail us. The staff were friendly and the service were excellent.

Summary: The property detail is not accurate regarding the airport shuttle. When I booked the reservation, it says the hotel has 24 hours free shuttle but it’s not true. Hotel staff told me that the info is not accurate but they were not apologetic at all. Apparently they reached out to Expedia to update the shuttle info. The staff is rude and not helpful. Won’t stay in this hotel anymore. There are plenty of choices in the nearby area.
