Summary: Up the street there is free breakfast. I found the staff to be disinterested and borderline rude. I visit this part of Massachusetts monthly and won’t be returning

Summary: This was a disappointing stay.I travel to Massachusetts once a month to visit my son and his wife who just had a baby. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn. That’s right up the street. The prices are similar, but this property, the courtyard Marriott didn’t offer a free breakfast. The staff weren’t as friendly in the room was just OK. There was an issue with my stay through Expedia and instead of being helpful and helping me to resolve my issue, I found the person at the desk to be disappointingly unhelpful. Fortunately, Expedia helped me resolve the issue and give me a refund for the night that I didn’t stay. I’ve already booked the next three months that I’ll be staying in the area at Hampton Inn and won’t be returning to this property.

Summary: The room was too small with a King Bed. The bathroom shower had a 2' crack on the shower wall and a cracked partition top. The lighting was strangely set up was not good due to the room setup. The other negative is they do not have a free breakfast so you have to pay extra. Also no free coffee when you get in .We will stay at another hotel from now on.
