Summary: I would give 5 stars. Only reason for 4 stars is on night 2 ants were all over my dog’s food. I told the staff and maintenance was at our room in 10 minutes. He sprayed the ants and we never saw them again. Hotel was very clean other than that. Staff was very polite and helpful. My daughter and mother loved the pool & overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: The room was filty with hair everywhere from the pillows, towels and bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned properly glad i only stood the night and immediately checked out the next morning

Summary: The rooms smelled mildew and mold. I woke up with allergies daily in the middle of winter. There was a snow storm. It did not look like anyone plowed until Sunday two days later. My card stopped working the morning of check out. We did not have enough bedding for any of the beds. I got 4 rooms. They downgraded us one room because of their plumbing issue. I ended up canceling the room which they did accommodate a refund. They were supposed to sleep 4 people. One of my rooms only slept 3 and did not provide sheets for any of the additional beds. When asked I was told I had to wait until the next morning. We were also blamed for loud music although several people on my floor were blaring music, as well.

Summary: Clean room, comfortable bed. Needed more bath towels only 2 supplied. Kids sport teams were there so very noisy with kids running up and down the hallways
