Positive: The location is perfect for anyone needing to be downtown, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. We loved the lobby cafe! The breakfast there was delicious. It's not included but we actually preferred paying for it since standard hotel breakfasts usually don't have much we can eat. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom, modern shower, and great mirror lighting. It’s not a massive hotel, so it feels very cozy and welcoming. It even has a small pool and a patio area, which are great extras for a downtown hotel. The staff was friendly.

Positive: We didn't eat breakfast. We enjoyed dinner there on 2 nights. The service was great and the food options were delicious. The room didn't have that smell that is associated with Florida water.

Negative: Our room overlooked a biker bar/tattoo place. They were loud and raised hell until about 2 am.

Summary: MUCH nicer than the Hilton!
