Summary: Amazing from the beginning to the end the staff is so hospitable and sweet. The manager should be proud to have such wonderful people there. Will be back again!

Summary: Stay was great. I didn’t like the pet friendly, because there was animal hair in our room on the carpet and the dining area smell like pets

Summary: Nice hotel. Disappointed that our room wasn’t 100% clean. There was still food in the refrigerator from previous guests.

Summary: Booked the room because it was right next to NASA. As soon as we get there I wash my hands and the sink was pouring out water from the bottom of the faucet when it was turned on. Curtains had gross looking stains. AC didn’t get that much cooler than 73. When I was getting ready for bed I found a German roach crawling on the bathroom door. Will never stay here again. Wasn’t even worth it to talk to front desk because the roach made it final we will not stay here again.

Summary: Nicest and most helpful staff I’ve seen in a while. Only issue I had was no towels in the swim area but told the front desk and they delivered to us personally. Will be back.

Summary: The room was dirty and there were little bugs in the bathroom. But I got a new room immediately after I told the staff. The new room was still a little dirty but better than the last one and had no bugs. The sheets smelled very unpleasant though.

Summary: Staff were very nice and helpful. The area was clean, safe and walking distance to a few different places to eat. Walking to Space Center is a little more challenging since the sidewalk doesn’t continue.
