Positive: Very home feel since we are from US. Convenient for taking train and bus. Great customer service Highly recommended if you don’t mind staying far from commercial centers. Good eateries nearby.

Negative: Nothing really. Perhaps you can put Bible and Mormon book in your room for reading.

Summary: Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Far but accessible to train and buses.

Positive: Location - if you like local neighbourhood and food. There is free shuttle from the train station. There is even a direct bus to airport and its MTR station is on the MTR line that connects directly to Tsim Sha Tsui. Service - really pleasant, friendly. They even upgraded me to a suite.

Negative: I'll prefer a room from a higher floor with unblocked view of the canal/river. Such a beautiful view - night and day with the canoeing! The shuttle to the New Town Plaza and Tsim Sha Tsui ends too early, and too infrequent.

Negative: We requested for change of room as we were unhappy tat they allocated a handicap room wif open toilet and wc and a low wash basin for wheelchair bound user. Initially, they were unhappy to change until I insisted as we were tired after a long flight from Xinjiang to HK. The reception is not very helpful. Also no bottled drinking water available in the room. Need to walk down the corridor to take water from the water dispenser.
