Summary: Property was in a wonderful location close to the park and shopping which is why I chose it. The hotel was clean and offered a Pantry with loads of snacks as well as a Starbucks Self-Serve which was super convenient. A couple of areas that I feel need improvement are: The hotel bathroom could be so much nicer if the showers were updated, if the vanity provided any storage, if there was a ventilation fan as the bathroom was covered in condensation as well as all items within after showers, and if the towels were improved (we had 3 different styles of the same towels and not all were nice quality and quite thin). The A/C system doesn’t work all that well and the indoor humidity was INSANE. Stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this before. The mini fridge had missing pieces that normally would hold beverages and was quite run down. The luggage cart we used was in need of new wheels and one looked as though it was about to fall off completely. Super hard to navigate and turn with the wheels being so wonky Other than those suggestions for improvement the hotel is a great price point and excellent location and overall was quite clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we only stayed 2 nights and were not in need of much. The little interaction we did have was pleasant.

Summary: When I booked the hotel, another family member also booked the same hotel and the same style room. I called the hotel and requested the rooms be together and they were not. Our family members were down the hall. When we arrived at the room, the refrigerator was disgusting and I had to go to front desk to have someone come up and clean it so we could use it.

Summary: Very expensive for what is offered. Breakfast is basically a kiosk and a cash register. McDonald’s offers better. Frankly, we felt short changed. For $500+ a night in Hershey, PA., one should expect and get more and some attention to detail. After our room was serviced, coffee maker was overlooked and no coffee available for the next morning, for example.

Summary: Nice hotel in a good location. Easy parking. Room was spacious, clean, and current. Eating areas around coffee bar needed some cleaning the morning we were there, but that was our only complaint. Overall a nice hotel.
